Product Description

 Oil seals are divided into two types: static seals and dynamic seals (usually reciprocating). The common form of oil seal is TC oil seal, which is a double lip oil seal with a self tightening spring completely wrapped in rubber.

1. Nitrile Oil Seal

It features good heat resistance and abrasion resistance, and performs well against various lubricating oils, greases, oil-gas mixtures and more. Its applicable temperature range is -30°C to 120°C.

 

 

 

2.FKM Oil Seal 

It features excellent aging resistance, heat resistance and oil resistance. It hardly hardens when exposed to oils with extreme pressure additives. However, it has poor cold resistance and high-temperature abrasion resistance, accompanied by relatively large permanent compression set. Its operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 250°C.

First ,find the reason ,it is the products problem or damaged by the transportation ,no matter what the reason is ,we will change a new part .
