POM Description


Polyoxymethylene is a high-density, highly crystalline linear polymer without branching. The molecular chain of polyoxymethylene is composed of carbon oxygen bonds, which are shorter than carbon carbon bonds. Polyoxymethylene has a high cohesive energy density, compact aggregation, high crystallinity, and possesses certain rigidity and mechanical strength. A thin wire with a diameter of 3mm can withstand a tensile force of about 104N, and its tensile strength and modulus are close to steel. As an important engineering plastic, its production capacity ranks third only to polyamide and polycarbonate.

First ,find the reason ,it is the products problem or damaged by the transportation ,no matter what the reason is ,we will change a new part .
