Rare earth oil-bearing nylon is a new type of engineering plastic, belonging to the polyamide polymer material, which was once hailed as one of the top ten scientific research achievements in the world in the 1990s.
 

The comprehensive performance and usage of Rare earth oil-bearing nylon rank first among the five major engineering plastics. 

 

Rare earth oil-bearing nylon has unique self-lubricating performance, high strength and wear resistance, earthquake resistance and noise reduction. 
It can widely replace non-ferrous metals such as tin zinc copper alloy, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel, etc. to manufacture various mechanical structural components and shock absorption and wear-resistant transmission components.

Feature

1. Rare earth oil containing nylon belongs to polymer materials with an average molecular weight of over 100000, which is five times that of ordinary nylon. All mechanical performance indicators far exceed ordinary nylon, and its comprehensive performance indicators are superior to other thermoplastic engineering plastics.

In the process of preparing nylon, adding a certain amount of fillers and additives such as flame retardants and anti-aging agents to the raw materials can produce various types of filled nylon.  Anti aging nylon has a longer service life than ordinary nylon, increasing toughness and heat resistance; Flame retardant nylon has flame resistance, automatically extinguishes after leaving the flame, and has good thermal stability, is non-toxic and odorless, and has no corrosive effect on equipment.
