Rubber gaskets have properties such as oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cold and heat resistance, and aging resistance. They can be directly cut into various shapes of sealing gaskets and are widely used in industries such as medicine, electronics, chemical engineering, anti-static, flame retardant, and food.

The main material of rubber gasket
 

1. Silicone rubber: It has outstanding high and low temperature resistance, ozone resistance, and weather aging resistance, suitable for working temperature range of -70~260 ºC, and is suitable for making sealing gaskets required in thermal mechanisms.

Suitable for occasions that require high and low temperature resistance, ozone resistance, and weather aging resistance, such as strong light source lampshade sealing gaskets, valve gaskets, etc.

 

 

2. Nitrile rubber: It has excellent resistance to fuel oil and aromatic solvents, but is not resistant to media such as ketones, esters, and hydrogen chloride, and is suitable for oil resistant sealing products,such as seals for fuel oil and aromatic solvents.

 

3. Chloroprene rubber: It has good oil and solvent resistance and is suitable for making sealing products such as door and window seals and membranes.

4. Natural rubber: has good elasticity and wear resistance, but is not resistant to mineral oil and heat, suitable for seals with low requirements for oil and heat resistance,such as shock absorber parts and seals in brake fluid systems.

5. Fluororubber: With outstanding heat and oil resistance, it is suitable for sealing components in high temperature and high pressure environments,such as cylinder liner seals and rotary lip seals.

6. EPDM rubber: It has excellent aging resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, and is suitable for the production of rubber strips with various composite profiles.

Suitable for accessories in washing machines, televisions, and door and window sealing products, with good aging resistance and chemical stability.
