Characteristics of fluororubber FKM rubber sheet 

1. Chemical stability

Fluorine rubber has high chemical stability and is currently the best medium resistance among all elastomers
2. Excellent high-temperature resistance performance

The temperature resistance of fluororubber is comparable to that of silicone and superior to other rubbers, and it can work for a long time at 200C.

3. Good aging resistance

Has excellent weather aging resistance and ozone resistance.

4. Good mechanical performance

Has good physical and mechanical properties, high tensile strength and hardness.

5. Good electrical performance

Fluorine glue, like silicone, can be used as a good insulation material.

6. Poor low-temperature performance

Fluorine rubber has poor low-temperature performance, which is due to its inherent C-F bond chemical structure.

7. Poor elasticity

Fluorine rubber products have relatively poor elasticity compared to silicone products.

8. Surface adsorption of the product

Due to the static electricity generated by silicone, the product is prone to dust absorption, and fluorine rubber products are relatively less likely to adhere to dust.
