Product Description
The common food grade rubber materials in the market include silicone rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, and nitrile rubber, among which silicone rubber is highly favored due to its excellent performance.
The characteristics of food grade rubber are its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and good elasticity, which enable it to maintain stability during food processing and storage without introducing any harmful substances.
Physical properties: Good tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, etc;
Chemical properties: Total migration amount ≤ 10mg/dm ², specific migration amount meets relevant standards, does not release harmful chemicals.
Sensory performance: odorless and will not have a negative impact on the sensory attributes of food such as odor and taste.
1. Food Grade Silicone rubber sheet:
Food Grade Silicone rubber: high temperature resistance up to 300 ºC, good anti-aging and tear resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, high transparency, commonly used in baking molds, kitchenware, sealing rings, etc.

2. Food Grade EPDM rubber sheet
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM): resistant to high temperature steam, ozone aging, polar media, low cost, suitable for sealing food processing equipment, drinking water pipelines, etc.

3. Food Grade NBR rubber sheet
Nitrile rubber (NBR): It has excellent oil resistance and also has certain acid and alkali resistance. It is commonly used in parts of food processing equipment that come into contact with grease or chemicals, such as conveyor belts, seals, etc.

We inspect three steps:raw material inspection,during production inspection and before warehousing inspection.

For physical testing,we test every batch,it's about every one hundred meters.

Yes,we can print the logo as customer's design.

First ,find the reason ,it is the products problem or damaged by the transportation ,no matter what the reason is ,we will change a new part .
