Butyl rubber sheet has the following characteristics:
1. Excellent sealing performance: Butyl rubber sheet has a tight molecular structure and extremely low gas permeability. Its airtightness is 5 to 10 times higher than natural rubber, and its water tightness is also very good, which can effectively prevent gas and liquid leakage.
2. Outstanding aging resistance: Its molecular structure is stable and has strong resistance to oxidation, ozone, and ultraviolet radiation. In harsh outdoor environments exposed for a long time, it is not easy to crack or harden, and has a long service life.
3. Good chemical corrosion resistance: With fewer polar groups in the molecular structure, it has strong corrosion resistance to various chemicals such as acids, bases, salts, oxidants, etc., and can meet oil resistance requirements in general environments.

Excellent electrical insulation performance: Butyl rubber sheets have high electrical resistivity and low dielectric constant, and their low water absorption allows them to maintain good electrical insulation performance even in humid environments.
