Electro-Static discharge(ESD) rubber pads are mainly made of conductive materials, static dissipative materials, synthetic rubber, and other materials through various processes.


The surface layer is an electrostatic dissipation layer with a thickness of about 0.3-0.5mm, and the bottom layer is a conductive layer with a thickness of about 1.5-1.7mm.


 
 The table mat has a long service life, excellent acid, alkali, and chemical flux resistance, and is wear-resistant and easy to clean.

The length is generally 10m, with widths of 0.6m and 1.2m.



The available surface colors are: green, gray, blue, black, etc.


It can be divided into sub light or bright light. In special cases, it can be processed according to customer requirements.

First ,find the reason ,it is the products problem or damaged by the transportation ,no matter what the reason is ,we will change a new part .
